Network Attached Storage - NAS

Network-attached storage (NAS) is a computer data storage device connected to a computer network providing data access to group of clients

NAS systems supplied by Donline are networked appliances which contain two or more hard disk drives, arranged as a  RAID array, which provides redundancy should one hard drive fail.

Network-attached storage removes the responsibility of file serving from other servers on the network. Potential benefits of dedicated network-attached storage, compared to general-purpose servers also serving files, include lower initial costs, faster data access, easier administration, and simple configuration.

Contact Donline to find out how a NAS device can assist your business or home!
