One would think that an 8 year old diesel car or a 23 year old petrol car would be give far worse exhaust emissions than a modern Euro6 compliant car. Surely?...

Last year I traded in my diesel Vauxhall Astra & have now gone back to petrol. I like to think it's better for the environment, but it looks like there is no easy way to be sure! :0~
